I was a first-time home buyer and nervous about the entire process. Then I met Beth and couldn't have been happier. I just wanted to write you both and tell you thank you.
Thank you for being so awesome to work with and so patient through all the deals that fell through.
We're so happy with the house we chose, and couldn't have done it without you guys.
Both of you are so easily to get a hold of on the phone and return phone calls so quickly, which (to me) is priceless. You are both so helpful and really good at what you do!

We've already got the whole house torn apart and the majority of the "Brady" out of the house, with the exception of the bathtub, and the ceramic tile is almost done! And if Fred and I could EVER agree on a paint color, we can get moving along with that.
Once we get the construction pretty much completed, I'll send both of you before and after pictures.
We're both excited about it!
